Ethanol??
Is ethanol really a viable form of alternative fuels? That is the question we are asking here, and that is what we shall be investigating in this blog.
There are many problems associated with using ethanol as opposed to regular oil. It is more expensive than oil, it is using our resources that could be used to feed our people, and ethanol fueling stations are extremely difficult to find from state to state. For example, Connecticut has only 2 stations in their entire state that has ethanol, and both are state sponsored.
However, these problems are easily overcome, if we offer just enough incentives for both citizens and the government to make the switch to ethanol. Positive reinforcement is all that is needed. Perhaps tax breaks on those people who buy ethanol or fuel-flex cars, or tax breaks for those gas stations that offer ethanol fueling stations.
Until next time.
